We are seeking an insanely empathic individual to join our team as a Reddit Response Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and respond to comments on Reddit ensuring effective damage control and response management.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to Reddit comments with empathy and professionalism.

Manage damage control and response management for the brand.

Collaborate with the client to understand response strategies and guidelines.

Utilize excellent written English skills to communicate effectively.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone in all interactions.

Requirements

100% fluency in English.

Strong empathy and communication skills.

Experience with Reddit and online community engagement.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in social media management or online community engagement.
