Job Description

We are looking for a Web Developer who will independently design, develop, and implement new functionalities and applications that support our business objectives. In this role, you will ensure application quality through thorough testing and maintenance, keep technical documentation up to date, and play an active role in gathering and refining requirements.

You will evaluate new technologies that support business operations and contribute to strategies promoting best practices and knowledge sharing. A key part of your mission will be to take part in shaping design and architectural specifications, while offering guidance on scalability, performance, and security.

What you'll do

Software Development

Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality software solutions.

Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and tech leads to define priorities, estimates, and project plans.

Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance with company standards.

Identify and resolve system issues; propose improvements and reduce technical debt.

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Contribute ideas for enhancing applications, processes, and technologies.

Team Collaboration

Share knowledge and mentor junior developers.

Keep the team informed about decisions affecting their projects.

Actively participate in team learning and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Support & Maintenance

Estimate and implement fixes and enhancements in collaboration with support teams.

Provide technical expertise for complex incidents, root‑cause analysis, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within a professional software development environment.

Solid experience working with the relevant technology stack.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and solid, reusable design principles.

Advanced knowledge of programming languages and technologies relevant to the role.

Experience with

JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React

REST API design and implementation

CI/CD tools and concepts

Automation of deployments

Code version control systems

Linux and Windows system tools

Client–server architecture

Advanced understanding of security principles and best practices.

Continuous learning mindset toward business knowledge and emerging technologies.
