As a Hotel Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our guests and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being of individuals on the premises by addressing their medical needs promptly and efficiently. This position requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Provide medical assistance and care to guests and employees who require immediate attention.
Assess and evaluate medical conditions, including injuries, illnesses, and emergencies, and determine appropriate courses of action.
Administer first aid, perform basic medical procedures, and administer prescribed medications as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients treated.
Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and implement health and safety protocols.
Conduct regular health and wellness assessments for hotel employees, including vaccinations and preventive screenings.
Educate staff members on health-related topics, including proper ergonomics and disease prevention.
Maintain a well-stocked medical inventory, ensuring availability of necessary supplies and medications at all times.
Liaise with external medical providers, hospitals, and emergency services as required.
Stay updated on the latest medical advancements, regulations, and industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Updated PRC License.
Additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & Basic Life Support (BLS)
Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in emergency care or a similar setting.
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
Proficient in performing emergency medical procedures, including CPR, wound care, and administering medications.
Solid understanding of medical conditions, treatment protocols, and diagnostic procedures.
Ability to accurately assess and triage patients, making appropriate decisions for further care.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with guests, employees, and external medical professionals.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and adaptable to changing needs, situations and schedule.
Demonstrated professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
