About the job F&B Service Attendant
Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities
Monitors applicable laws and regulations and ensures compliance.
Monitors purchasing practices to ensure compliance with Crimson policy and procedures.
Contributes to Crimson growth by identifying and communicating potential development opportunities.
Establishes and maintains effective communications with owning company and keeps fully aware of its organizational and operating structure.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other Hotel employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
At all times, projects a favorable image of Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay to the public.
Practices and role-models the Guiding Principles and Core Values of Crimson Hospitality, and ensures that the employees practice the same.
Performs other assignment as defined by the needs of the property or as directed by the General Manager or the owner.
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
At least 1 year of experience as Waiter/Waitress, with traceable career history gained from a 5* Hotel/Resort.
Knowledge of Food and Beverage: An understanding of food and beverage service, including a familiarity with the menu, wine, and cocktail offerings, is an advantage.
