The Trainer Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering onboarding and upskilling training for employees. The role includes developing training materials, maintaining knowledge base
documentation, assessing training effectiveness, and ensuring consistent knowledge transfer across teams and locations.
Conduct onboarding training sessions for newly hired employees in accordance with company standards and procedures;
Organize and deliver upskill and refresher training for existing employees to improve performance and product knowledge;
Prepare, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, and internal documentation;
Create and regularly update Knowledge Base articles, internal manuals, and process documentation;
Assess trainees’ performance through tests, practical tasks, monitoring, and feedback sessions;
Identify knowledge gaps and propose additional training initiatives;
Ensure consistency and accuracy of the information delivered during training sessions;
Adapt training content according to different departments, products, or company updates;
Deliver in-person trainings in different company locations when required;
Collaborate closely with Team Leaders, Quality Assurance, and Management to align training programs with business needs;
Monitor training effectiveness and prepare reports regarding trainee progress and development;
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees during their development period;
Stay up to date with company products, services, systems, and internal processes.
