About the job Social Media Manager

Remarkablism Services Corp. is seeking a full time Social Media Manager who can take ownership of day to day social media planning, scheduling, posting, and content coordination while also supporting light graphic design needs. This role is intended to bring structure and consistency to social media efforts that are currently being handled informally across multiple team members. The ideal candidate will be strongest in social media execution, comfortable creating visual assets in Canva or similar tools, and capable of handling basic video editing when needed.

Essential Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across relevant platforms.

Create, schedule, and publish social media posts in a consistent weekly rhythm.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather images, updates, and promotional priorities.

Design flyers, social graphics, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.

Support light editing of short form video content when required (AI tool use acceptable)

Help establish a structured posting process in place of the current ad hoc approach.

Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and content quality across all deliverables.

Skillsets

Proficiency in social media content planning and scheduling
Proficiency in social media platform management and publishing
Canva or equivalent graphic design tool proficiency
Creation of flyers, promotional graphics, and branded visual assets
Basic video editing for short form digital content
Content coordination and asset organization across internal stakeholders
Time management and task prioritization
Clear communication
Ability to follow brand tone and creative direction
Adaptability during training and onboarding
Self direction and independent work habits

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in social media management, digital content coordination, or a blended social media and design role
3+ years experience marketing CRMs (such as GoHighLevel, Monday.com, Hubspot, or Hootsuite)
3+ years Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
Basic comfort with short form video editing
Ability to work from a content rhythm, follow brand direction, and manage recurring deliverables without heavy supervision
