Analyze and map complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, and technical developers to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery.

Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.

Participate actively in agile ceremonies, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering value.

Validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.

Foster collaboration across organizational silos, acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field.

Proficiency with requirements management and agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Professional experience at the interface between business and IT

Willingness to obtain PEGA platform certification (training and support provided).

Strong analytical skills with experience in business process analysis and optimization.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in agile environments with adaptability to changing priorities.

Fluency in English (B2/C1) and German (B2).

Based in or willing to work in Valencia with a hybrid work model.
