At Solve, we transform how businesses tackle talent. Whether you’re a startup gearing up for growth or a seasoned enterprise looking to innovate, we partner with you to solve your people challenges and build world-class talent functions. We exist to drive success in your business through progressive solutions across people, process, tech and brand.
Solve is a division of Talent International – the largest privately owned recruitment business in Asia Pacific and one of Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies.
Solve by Talent was created following a demand for different recruitment supplier models. Our solutions are diverse, bespoke and customer orientated. They are designed to last through evolution, and as our business continues to adapt to the changing technology landscape so will this team. Our consultants operate as part of the client's team, going to market with the client brand but with the support of the Talent business.
We’re looking for a Talent Experience Specialist to join our growing team to help deliver a strong, consistent experience across the candidate and early employee journey.
This role sits between recruitment, HR and the candidate experience. You’re the connector — the person who keeps everything moving, keeps people informed, and makes sure the process feels thoughtful, organised and human from start to finish.
It’s not a recruiter role.
It’s not an HR generalist role.
It’s about delivering a standout experience.
This role is a 12 month max term contract.
What you’ll be doing
Coordinating interviews and being the main point of contact for candidates
Managing reference checks and pre-placement communications
Checking in with new starters on Day 1 and during their first week
Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure smooth handovers
Managing surveys, feedback, and offboarding support
Representing Solve by Talent professionally at all times
In short: making the process feel calm, clear, and considered
This role will suit you if
You genuinely care about candidate and employee experience
You’re organised, reliable, and good at following things through
You communicate clearly and professionally
You’re comfortable working with structure, systems, and multiple stakeholders
Experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a talent experience role
Hands-on experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
Strong written and spoken communication skills including over the phone
Experience working in busy or complex environments
Full working rights in Australia
If your background is mainly sales, agency recruitment, or general admin without direct exposure to candidate lifecycle coordination, this role probably isn’t the right fit.
