Requirements

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and sales of electrical/home appliances
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, retail, and trade channels
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer behaviors
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Manage advertising agencies, creative partners, and media buying processes
Track and analyze performance metrics (ROI, KPIs, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly
Plan and oversee promotional events, product launches, and exhibitions
Build strong brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in the electrical/home appliances sector
Strong background in planning and executing large-scale marketing campaigns
Excellent understanding of B2C consumer behavior in electronics and appliances
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Proven leadership and project management skills
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus, if applicable)
