At Kubota Australia we distribute high value, exceptional quality agriculture, construction and farm machinery, and associated products. You'll be joining a supportive team with a leader focused on developing and modernising how we do Supply Chain.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for the quality and integrity of vendor and inventory related data and reporting, maintenance and coordination of defined elements of the whole goods supply chain for Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions. This opportunity is being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Analyse data to support demand planning, stock levels, and backorders
Assist with forecasting and suggest improvements
Place and manage supplier orders
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues
Handle vendor invoices and payments
Support stock planning, allocation and distribution
Help reduce supply chain costs using best practices
Coordinate with warehouses and logistics to track and improve transport
Assist with stocktakes
Keep inventory records accurate and up to date
Support domestic and international shipping (air and sea), including documentation and coordination
Manage purchasing from local and international suppliers
Maintain and audit product, vendor, and customer data
Assist in supply chain projects as needed
Perform other duties as required
Follow workplace health and safety policies at all times
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain (desired)
Certification in SAP procure to Pay (desired), Order to Cash (desired)
Experience in a similar officer/coordinator level position with a focus on procurement planning, data analysis and master data maintenance
Applied knowledge of SAP inventory management and procurement processes
Highly developed analytical and numerical skill
Methodical and structured approach to data conformance with high attention to detail
Demonstrated systematic approach to identifying and solving supply problems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proven skills in liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders
Proven ability to create and present reports and documentation
Experience in document management and the maintenance of registers
Proven experience in workflow coordination
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Competence in MS Office and Google Suite, particularly spreadsheeting, exposure to SAP and Procure to Pay
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross functional team
