Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI

Fanvue is one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We’re an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $100M+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide.

As Fanvue scales deeper into mainstream markets, retention and creator performance become mission-critical. This role exists to raise the performance bar within Creator Success and ensure our highest-earning creators continue to grow, retain, and compound their revenue on the platform.

🎯 The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Creator Success Representative to be the benchmark individual contributor within our Creator Success team.

This is a hands-on, commercially accountable role. You will own relationships with some of our most important creators, drive retention and revenue outcomes, and set the standard for execution, ownership, and professionalism across the team.

You are not here to “manage tickets.” You are here to drive measurable impact.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Own and grow a portfolio of top-earning creators with full accountability for retention and revenue

Consistently deliver 100%+ month-on-month retention across key creators

Identify churn risks and expansion opportunities using behavioural and performance data

Share actionable, data-driven insights that help creators earn more

Improve Net Revenue Retention by proactively driving monetisation optimisation

Educate creators on new features, monetisation tools, and platform best practices

Increase creator satisfaction and NPS through proactive engagement

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, Moderation, Growth, and Sales to improve outcomes

Act as a visible performance benchmark for the wider CS team

👀 Who You Are

A proven high performer in Creator Success, Customer Success, or Account Management

Strong track record of growing revenue and retention across an existing book of business

Comfortable being directly accountable for commercial outcomes

Highly data-literate and confident using dashboards, metrics, and performance insights

Excellent communicator who builds trust with high-value creators

Experienced operating cross-functionally in fast-moving environments

Competitive, self-driven, and motivated by exceeding targets

Someone who raises standards simply through how you operate

✨ You’ll Thrive Here If

You want to be the strongest individual contributor on the team

You enjoy owning high-stakes creator relationships

You are motivated by targets, accountability, and visible impact

You take pride in outperforming expectations

⚠️ You’ll Struggle Here If

You prefer reactive support over proactive ownership

You are uncomfortable with revenue and retention accountability

You are satisfied with average performance

You avoid difficult commercial conversations
