Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based law firm seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support its legal team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong litigation experience, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support throughout all stages of litigation
• Draft, review, and format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation
• File legal documents in federal courts (e-filing) and ensure compliance with court procedures
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel
• Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation
• Track deadlines and manage litigation calendars

Qualifications

• Demonstrated solid experience in litigation
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and workflows
• Proven experience filing in federal court
• Excellent legal drafting and writing skills
• Licensed attorney in your home jurisdiction (required)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
