We are hiring a Talent Partner to lead sourcing and placement efforts across multiple industries. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, conducting 80–100 candidate interviews monthly and filling 3–5 roles per month. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and Latin American candidates in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
