We are seeking an experienced engineer to work at the intersection of applied machine learning, large-scale data, and user-facing products. You will design, build, and deploy innovative ML solutions that directly impact user experiences. You will own the full ML lifecycle and ensure that models are integrated seamlessly into our production environments.
Apply expertise in statistical modelling and machine learning to perform deep data analysis and feature selection.
Break down discrete steps of ML pipelines and improve their robustness in real-world applications.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to process and prepare data for model training and evaluation.
Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate model performance and impact on business metrics.
Implement and manage model observability to track accuracy, bias, and drift.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality data ingestion for intelligent systems.
Strong foundational knowledge of various ML algorithms and the ability to select the right tool for the job.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native ML services, preferably on GCP using Vertex AI.
Proficiency in Python and its associated data science libraries.
Experience with data storage technologies and their scaling characteristics.
Excellent communication skills and a thrive-in-ambiguity mindset.
Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j.
Familiarity with API development using REST or GraphQL.
Experience deploying ML solutions in e-commerce or financial services.
