The Role

Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven marketer who can translate brand values into engaging campaigns that drive awareness, conversion, and customer loyalty.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with Ecommerce, Creative, and Product teams to execute campaigns, support product launches, and ensure a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Channel Support

Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media support, website, and content channels

Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns from planning through execution

Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.

Content & Brand Communication

Assist in creating marketing content that communicates clean beauty benefits and sustainability messaging

Support website updates, email campaigns, social content, and landing pages

Ensure all messaging aligns with the brand voice, values, and clinical or ingredient accuracy

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs, including engagement, traffic, conversion, and retention metrics

Provide recommendations for optimization based on insights and data

Assist with A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve customer experience and conversion

Collaboration & Workflow

Work closely with Ecommerce, Creative, Product, and Customer Support teams

Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed

Help maintain organized marketing calendars, SOPs, and documentation

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer goods
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate scientific or technical information clearly to consumers
  • Comfort using analytics and reporting tools to guide optimization

Nice to Have

  • Experience with organic, clean, or sustainable beauty brands
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Klaviyo or similar), social media scheduling, or CMS tools
  • Understanding of ecommerce, DTC, or multi-channel marketing
  • Experience supporting influencer or content marketing campaigns
