This is a role for someone who lives at the intersection of practical AI expertise and people enablement. You’ll design and deliver AI adoption programs, coach teams through change, manage AI projects end-to-end, and help Talon.One build lasting AI capability across the organisation. This role is not just about tools or automation. It’s about unlocking potential: helping every Taloner understand how AI can elevate their work, expand their skills, and create meaningful impact.
Reporting directly to the CHRO and working closely with the management team, this is a truly cross-functional role with visibility and impact across every team at Talon.One.
This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.
Be part of a global (and truly international) People & Culture team, comprising 13 members from 11 different countries (and growing). We actively support over 300 Taloners across EMEA, AMER and APAC. Our focus spans People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Management, and People Business Partnering, all aimed at sparking inspiration among candidates, employees, and alumni.
Own and evolve Talon.One’s AI enablement roadmap, defining priorities and keeping pace as the landscape changes
Design and deliver learning experiences including workshops, deep dives, hackathons, and train-the-trainer formats tailored to different teams and application organisation wide
Act as the go-to coach and sparring partner for leaders and individuals experimenting with AI in their day-to-day work
Build and maintain a central AI knowledge hub covering prompt libraries, playbooks, and how-to guides that teams actually use
Partner with department leads to identify and prioritise high-impact AI opportunities specific to their workflows
Define and manage AI rollout timelines with clear milestones, owners, and deliverables from scoping through to measurement
Rapidly prototype AI-powered workflow automations using low-code/no-code tools and embed them into existing systems
Define responsible AI usage guidelines and collaborate with IT, Security, and Legal to ensure compliance and data protection
Launch and grow an internal AI Ambassador network and partner with Internal Comms to build a thriving AI learning community
Track adoption, measure business impact, and report regularly to leadership with insights that inform the ongoing roadmap
5 to 8 or more years of experience in Enablement, Operations, Analytics, Change Management, or a business role with significant AI adoption focus
You are a genuine AI power user who builds, tests, and iterates rather than just advises
Solid practical understanding of generative AI systems and how they work in real business and organisational contexts
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, low-code/no-code automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, and basic API integrations
Working knowledge of AI risks including privacy, security, bias, and hallucinations, and how to apply that knowledge practically
Proven experience designing and delivering learning programmes or workshops for non-technical audiences
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible, and actionable guidance for any audience or seniority level
Strong project management instincts: you define plans, manage milestones, handle ambiguity, and deliver across multiple workstreams
Ability to influence without formal authority and build trust with senior stakeholders across functions
Curious, energised by new AI developments, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
