In this role, you’ll support revenue growth by enabling strong client relationships, clean sales processes, and a high‑quality customer experience.
Sales & Client Engagement
Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings with B2B clients and key stakeholders
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to support a strong sales pipeline
Support opportunities through to Qualified‑to‑Buy and Deal‑Won stages
Partner with Business Development Managers on follow‑ups, proposals, and client communications
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in HubSpot CRM
Keep opportunities current with clear next steps, close dates, and deal details
Monitor pipeline health and flag stalled or outdated opportunities
Assist with sales reporting and dashboard preparation
Client Experience & Sales Support
Respond to client enquiries within agreed service levels
Support client retention through regular check‑ins and internal coordination
Manage smooth handovers between sales, projects, and operations teams
Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and systems
Some experience or exposure to sales support, customer service, coordination, or business development roles (preferred but not essential)
Interest in working within a B2B environment and learning to use CRM systems
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is an advantage, but training will be provided
Strong customer‑first mindset with the ability to communicate clearly across email, phone, and face‑to‑face interactions
Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn accurate data entry, reporting, and written communication
Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
