Job Description

Prepare and manage technical specification documents (TSDs) for RFQs and purchase orders

Lead technical negotiations and regular expediting meetings with suppliers, in close collaboration with Procurement and Supply Quality teams

Coordinate cross-discipline engineering interfaces (mechanical, electrical, automation, piping) throughout the full project lifecycle.

Conduct design reviews, manage design freeze process

Manage Bills of Quantities orders and installation subcontracts, and support the Engineering Manager in resolving non-conformities and claims

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 3+ years' experience in large EPC projects
Solid knowledge of equipment & packages in Waste to X, Renewable Gas, or Carbon Capture plants, with hands-on experience managing 3rd-party suppliers
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise under pressure, and drive timely, high-quality documentation
Strong communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders across multi-disciplinary, multi-location teams
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
