THE ROLE

We are looking for a Channel Account Sales Representative to be part of the Commercial sales team. This role is customer-facing and will be responsible for helping build AMD's commercial systems channel business in support of our customers' commercial PCs, servers, and professional graphics. You will be responsible for driving business development with Distribution, NSP and VAR partners by evangelizing AMD technology, building sales programs, enabling sales teams through training, and managing executive relationships.

THE PERSON

Seeking a sales professional with a passion to build lasting relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Establish, drive, and grow AMD in the Enterprise (LE/VLE) Segment.

Manage sales with Enterprise Customers through Direct engagement with End Users, OEMs & Partners.

Position OEM platforms for the Sell Out opportunities

Build strong relationships with the OEM Commercial team & identify key growth areas

Key knack to develop a strong & diverse customer portfolio by adding significant acquisitions on a regular basis.

Work towards building strong customer relationships, ecosystem & business

Ability to develop and drive business growth in a specific set of accounts assigned from time to time.

Leverage appropriate internal/external organizations to resolve issues

Documentation of business plans, including volume & revenue

Market research and interaction with the customers / SI Partners to understand market trends

Contingency and/or alternatives planning for possible market shifts

Preferred Experience

Pre-existing understanding of the Enterprise market, with an emphasis on OEM/MNC Account teams and Accounts.

Steady Commercial background & knowledge of the IT landscape

Exceptional time-management skills - ability to handle multiple ongoing projects/initiatives

Ability to quickly create effective strategies with imperfect or insufficient datasets

Strong organizational skills - Ability to work across a large organization and get things done

Executive-level presentation and communication skills - ability to speak with confidence

Ability to work under intense pressure

Education

BS and/or MS degree in Business Management, Finance, or Engineering from a top-tier university

MBA is a strong plus.
