Lead the recruitment unit, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure high-quality hires and professional growth within the team.
Effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on pipeline health and recruitment flow effectiveness.
Track recruitment metrics and analytics to ensure all activities and deliverables align with established KPIs.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize Talent Acquisition processes and candidate experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry.
5+ years of success in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 1 year of experience managing a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
A goal-oriented "doer" who isn't afraid to dive into the details while maintaining a high-level strategy.
In-depth expertise in sourcing and hiring quality candidates across various levels.
Exceptional project management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and shift priorities in a dynamic business landscape.
A critical thinker focused on continuous improvement and high responsiveness (client-centric approach).
