We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of Gateway Visa Solution and Gateway Express Travel and Tours. This role focuses on two major pillars: Brand Awareness and Lead Generation. You will be instrumental in implementing creative, data-driven strategies to promote our services both locally and internationally. Develop and execute marketing campaigns that build strong brand recognition and trust.
Manage and grow the company’s online presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create compelling content (posts, videos, reels, blogs)
Collaborate in designing brochures, flyers, and digital marketing materials for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Plan and promote client events such as orientations, visa seminars, webinars, and university tie-ups.
Stay updated on global immigration trends, education policies, and travel opportunities to ensure our content and campaigns remain relevant.
Coordinate with the sales and processing teams for alignment
Plan and implement lead generation strategies that convert interest into inquiries and consultations.
Optimize digital ads, SEO, and landing pages to drive quality traffic and conversions.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and automate follow-ups to nurture leads.
Analyze data and campaign performance to improve results and ROI.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and conversion goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role (experience in the travel, immigration, or education industry is a strong advantage).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including content writing.
Familiar with social media platforms, online advertising, and email marketing tools.
Knowledgeable in CRM systems and lead tracking methods.
Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team.
Prior experience in a visa consultancy, immigration firm, or travel agency.
Familiarity with common visa types (e.g., tourist, student, work, migration) and destination countries (e.g., Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, Schengen).
Skills in basic graphic design (Canva or Photoshop) and video editing (Capcut) are a plus.
Ability to speak confidently in webinars or client presentations is an advantage.
