An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join our Wills and Estates Team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Brisbane office with a hybrid flex working model.
Our Wills and Estates Litigation team provides services to clients who wish to contest or defend a Will.

Answer all incoming client enquiries and assist or transfer calls where appropriate
Provide accurate updates and information to clients within a timely manner and manage expectations
Manage the administration of all client files from open to close
Produce client correspondence and prepare court documents as requested
Arrange and manage diaries, appointments and meetings
Action all incoming mail
Any other generalist administrative tasks as requested
The experience we are looking for
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Wills and Estates Litigation (highly regarded)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to liaise with internal and external clients
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
