Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling queries, requests, and feedback via phone and email in a timely manner.
Process and manage sales orders end-to-end, including stock allocation and coordination of delivery arrangements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g. logistics, operations) to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Identify and address customer concerns effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to support service improvements and enhance customer experience.
Prepare periodic reports on customer service performance and order activities.
Support ongoing initiatives to improve processes, service standards, and operational efficiency, including ad-hoc tasks when required.
Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas); experience with SAP is a plus.
Able to multitask, work independently, and handle issues effectively in a fast-paced environment;
