Are you highly organised and great at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

Looking for a role where you can build experience in fleet, compliance, and operations?

Can you keep our fleet organised, compliant, and running efficiently day to day?

As our Fleet Coordinator, you’ll support the smooth running of a fleet of approximately 300 vehicles, helping to ensure everything is compliant, maintained, and ready for use.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, drivers, and external partners including fleet providers, garages, and insurers.

Key responsibilities include

Supporting day-to-day fleet operations

Maintain accurate vehicle records, including allocation, mileage, servicing schedules, MOTs, and insurance details.

Helping ensure compliance and safety standards

Support checks to ensure drivers hold valid licences, assist with audits, and help maintain compliance with UK legislation and company policies.

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Manage defect reporting, arrange servicing and repairs, and liaise with garages to keep vehicles roadworthy.

Monitoring costs and reporting data

Track fuel usage, telematics data, and general running costs—supporting reporting and identifying trends.

Supporting drivers and incident processes

Assist with accident reporting, claims administration, and general driver queries, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records.

You’ll know you’re succeeding when fleet records are accurate, vehicles are maintained on time, and day-to-day operations run without disruption.

What do you need to bring to the role?

Experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations role

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and data

Good understanding of compliance processes (fleet experience is a bonus, not essential)

Confident communicating with internal teams and external partners

Highly organised – you enjoy keeping things structured and up to date

Detail-focused – you spot errors and keep records accurate

Supportive team player – happy to collaborate and help others
