We are seeking a high-performing Acquisitions Specialist to join our Inside Sales team focused the AutoTrader.ca dealer base. This role is responsible for driving net new dealer growth and revenue through proactive outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
You will execute targeted acquisition campaigns, convert qualified prospects into long-term advertising partners, and play a key role in expanding our Marketplace presence across Canada.
This is a metrics-driven, fast-paced role suited for someone who thrives on building pipeline, closing new business, and continuously improving their performance through data and coaching.
Drive net new revenue and dealer acquisition through structured outbound prospecting (calls, video meetings, email, and digital follow-ups).
Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for revenue, dealer count, and activity KPIs.
Provide frontline feedback on competitive trends, pricing sensitivities, and product-market fit.

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new dealers by setting clear expectations and coordinating with internal teams.
You’ll join a focused, performance-driven acquisition team where your results directly impact company growth. You’ll receive structured coaching, clear performance metrics, and the opportunity to develop advanced consultative selling skills in a growing digital marketplace environment.
