We are a SaaS company launching a Product-Led Growth (PLG) product. We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Ecosystem Growth Lead to drive user acquisition through ecosystem channels.
This role is responsible for identifying, building, and activating high-leverage distribution channels including technology marketplaces, partner ecosystems, communities, and integration platforms. The goal is simple: get the product in front of the right users at scale.
You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to turn ecosystem presence into a predictable growth engine.
Identify high-impact ecosystems where our ICP already exists (e.g., app marketplaces, SaaS platforms, communities, integration hubs)
Evaluate opportunities based on user density, intent, and integration potential
Prioritize and build a roadmap for ecosystem-driven growth
Launch and optimize listings on relevant marketplaces (e.g., Salesforce AppExchange, HubSpot Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, Shopify App Store, etc.)
Own positioning, messaging, and conversion optimization within these platforms
Manage reviews, ratings, and marketplace performance
