What you will be doing

Provide support to users with the installation, configuration, and ongoing use of laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT-approved peripherals and software
Ensure laptops, desktops, and tablets integrate seamlessly with corporate systems, including authentication services, file servers, email platforms, network switches, and routers
Troubleshoot, resolve, and repair PC and Windows-related issues in a timely manner
Prepare, configure, and deploy new hardware, including laptops and desktops
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of IT systems, tools, and procedures to effectively perform job responsibilities
Support IT asset management processes, including maintaining accurate hardware inventory records
Perform device configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Coordinate device repairs with external vendors and suppliers
Develop and deliver user training, and maintain clear documentation and user guides
Handle ad hoc IT support tasks as required
Participate in IT projects as needed and as approved by the functional manager

What you bring

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a global support environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Proactive in identifying issues and taking initiative to improve processes and procedures
  • Solid interest in and understanding of technical IT environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience
  • ITIL Foundation certification is an asset
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
