IT Operations Engineer

What are your responsibilities?

Ensure the proper functioning of all internal IT systems, including security systems, and respond to the alerts generated by the monitoring systems.

Work closely with key partners and teams to handle urgent escalations

Seek out opportunities to continually improve service under Cyber and Technology

Develop solutions to problems by clearly describing problem and requirements.
