This role supports the Swissquote Bank's regulatory integrity by ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of key regulatory reporting obligations. It contributes to maintaining a robust, scalable, and audit-ready reporting framework aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. In this role, you will:
Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports, including MIFIR, EMIR, SFTR, CSDR, AEOI, FATCA, CRS, CESOP and CSSF 20/747
Oversee the end-to-end reporting process, including submission, corrections, and audit readiness
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, IT, Operations, Group teams) to resolve data quality issues at source
Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of reporting changes
Identify, analyse, and resolve data discrepancies through targeted data reviews and root cause analysis
Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes and procedures
Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting or a compliance-related function within banking or financial services
Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks, particularly MiFID II, and familiarity with MIFIR, EMIR, SFTR, AEOI, FATCA and CRS reporting
Experience adapting reporting processes to evolving regulatory requirements
Experience documenting processes and maintaining clear procedural frameworks
Knowledge of data extraction and analysis tools (e.g., SQL) is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to plan and manage own workloads with multiple deadlines
Excellent written and spoken English; French is an asset
