Job Description

We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our Human Resources department

(this position is a professional internship and will be remunerated via IEFP).

What will you do?

As an HR Trainee, you will support several key areas of the Human Resources department, including

Recruitment and Selection (CV screening, interview scheduling, support in group dynamics and individual interviews)
Administrative Support (HR processes, daily support in the department’s administrative processes, document handling, onboarding/offboarding organization, employee data updates)
Training and Development (support with training logistics)
Internal Communication (support in corporate events and internal initiatives)

Qualifications

QNQ – Level 4 – High school diploma obtained through dual certification courses, or high school diploma + professional internship (minimum 6 months), preferably with training in Human Resources or similar areas.
