Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategically minded Copywriter to own and elevate all player communications across CRM and LiveOps.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance. You’ll craft clear, engaging, and high-performing messaging across CRM channels and LiveOps moments, ensuring every touchpoint feels relevant, timely, and aligned with Betty’s voice.

You understand that effective CRM is about building relationships, supporting retention, and creating experiences players value.

Key Responsibilities

Own all copy across CRM channels including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS
Write and optimise LiveOps communications tied to promotions, events, launches, and real-time moments
Translate promotional mechanics into clear, engaging, and compliant player-facing messaging
Partner with Growth, Product, and Design to deliver effective lifecycle campaigns
Contribute to segmentation strategies by tailoring messaging to different player groups
Adapt Betty’s brand and tone of voice to resonate with different player segments across their lifecycle
Create excitement around Betty’s products to drive engagement with promotions and campaigns
Develop clear and engaging narratives for new products so players can easily understand and remember them
Continuously test, learn, and iterate using performance data to refine tone, structure, and CTAs
Maintain Betty’s voice across all player communications
Ensure all messaging meets regulatory and responsible gaming standards

Requirements

  • Experience in copywriting, ideally in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing within the imaging industry
  • Experience writing for high-frequency, conversion-focused channels such as email, push, and SMS
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including when explaining complex offers
  • Understanding of retention, engagement, and lifecycle dynamics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in compliance-focused industries
  • Ability to collaborate, take feedback, and iterate on work
