We are a distinguished luxury watch brand seeking a professional and detail‑oriented Personal Assistant to support our General Manager. This is a newly recreated full‑time role, ideal for someone who thrives in a refined, fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of support.
Personal Assistant Support (50%)
Provide confidential, high‑level administrative support to the General Manager and Finance Manager
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion
Coordinate with internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders
Administration Duties (25%)
Manage front desk duties including visitor reception and handling phone and email enquiries
Oversee office operations such as supplies, vendors, and facility coordination
Organise document filing, meeting logistics, and minute‑taking
Support staff administration including onboarding, attendance tracking, and reservations/bookings
Coordinate inventory management and shipment arrangements
Finance Support Duties (25%)
Process invoices, petty cash, and employee expense claims
Prepare payment requests and assist with basic reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and support month‑end closing activities
Liaise with suppliers and external accountants as required
