Hybrid in Alabang, 3 days in office, 2 days WFH.

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

Seeking an Administrative Specialist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. Experience in the events industry highly regarded.

What You'll Do

Create orders in MYOB and setup bookings in our rostering system (Orchestrator)

Basic Travel Administration

Post Event Reporting (Excel)

  • Operations Plans (templated - MS word)
  • Support for Meetings (Presentations, Agendas, Minutes etc)
  • Intranet support and maintenance
  • Support internal comms (mailchimp style)
  • ISO Accreditation Admin support
  • Policy and process documentation admin support
  • Other general admin support to the Executive and Management Team

What We're Seeking

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support within an Australian company preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal English
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail in documentation and data entry
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks
  • Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information
