Working at ESPN is unlike anything else. We’re constantly finding new ways to connect with fans through sports—wherever and however they engage. This Executive Assistant role provides administrative support to multiple senior leaders within ESPN Sports Production. These leaders oversee fast-paced, highly collaborative creative and technical teams responsible for live sports productions.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual capable of achieving results in a fast-paced environment and should possess an ability to maintain confidentiality and manage high-level relationships with sensitivity.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3-4 executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparation of meeting materials
Coordinate and maintain Outlook calendars; schedule meetings and book conference rooms
Assist with gathering and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and events
Manage travel logistics and related travel and entertainment expense reports in accordance with company policies
Support daily office operations, including coordination with IT, Facilities, and other executive assistants
Coordinate team meetings and events as needed
Track action items and follow up on behalf of assigned executives to ensure timely execution
Interact professionally with ESPN, Disney, and external contacts on behalf of the executives supported
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and tact at all times
Minimum of 3+ years of experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support in comparable functions
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated experience coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and complex travel arrangements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn internal systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and build strong working relationships across teams
Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
