Since 2008, PorchToPatio has helped customers create high-end outdoor spaces in their own backyard. We are seeking a professional customer service advocate to join our expanding global team for our North American market. In this multifaceted role, you will act as an "outdoor living consultant," guiding customers through their purchases while solving (sometimes) complex logistical challenges to ensure operational efficiency.
Catalog Management: Efficiently list and launch new products across Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and our Shopify storefront.
Listing Enrichment: Audit and optimize existing listings. This includes improving SEO (titles/keywords), enhancing product descriptions, and ensuring high-quality imagery/A+ content is correctly deployed.
Platform Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace issues. You must proactively open, track, and resolve cases with Seller Support regarding listing suppressions, categorization errors, or account health flags.
Shopify Integration: Ensure product data remains consistent between our Shopify backend and third-party marketplaces.
Inventory & Pricing Updates: Monitor and update listing status to ensure accuracy across all active channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing backends for Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair Partner Home, and Walmart Seller Center.
Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of Shopify (bulk product uploads, variant editing, etc)
Problem-Solving: A "never-give-up" attitude when dealing with automated support tickets; ability to escalate issues until resolved.
Communication: Fluent English with the ability to write compelling, SEO-friendly product copy and professional correspondence with support teams.
Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry is critical.
Schedule & Logistics
Availability: Must be online and active during the core window of 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Communication: Must be reachable via [Slack/Email/Teams] during these hours for real-time collaboration.
Status: Independent Contractor.
