The Store Experience (SE) organization brings together Space Presentations & Transitions and Visual Merchandizing Operations & Production. Together, these teams operationalize and execute the end-to-end in-store experience across all categories.
As a Sr Project Management Analyst-Store Experience, you lead end-to-end project plans across categories and businesses, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. You partner closely with enterprise stakeholders to drive alignment and keep cross-functional teams accountable to key milestones. You manage review cadences and creative checkpoints, proactively identifying and resolving risks. When obstacles arise, you work with teams to problem-solve and maintain momentum. You also help strengthen team effectiveness by reinforcing sound project management practices and contributing to a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
SE Project Management & Execution
Drive end-to-end Timing & Action (T&A) across product presentation and signage.
Lead kickoffs, reviews, and checkpoints to ensure on-time execution.
Partner across India and Minneapolis teams to ensure alignment, clear handoffs, and delivery continuity.
Serve as the operational bridge to keep work moving across global stakeholders.
Standardize processes aligned to the global operating model.
Own milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk visibility across high-volume workstreams.
Lead retrospectives and implement workflow improvements.
Champion new tools and ways of working that increase efficiency.
Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
Translate project requirements into clear, actionable next steps for execution teams.

Graduate in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management, preferably in a retail environment.
Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all levels and geographies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with a detail-oriented approach.
Experience working with global partners and distributed teams.
Ability to work through ambiguity and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ownership, sense of urgency, and demonstrated follow-through.
