What you'll be doing

  • You identify and acquire new customers across the Italian market, managing the entire sales cycle
  • You conduct market research to understand local customer needs and refine sales strategies accordingly
  • You deliver product demos and provide tailored solutions to potential clients
  • You collaborate with teams to improve messaging, product offerings, and internal workflows

What you bring to the table

You are a native Italian speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus

You love communicating and genuinely enjoy interacting with different personalities, and you thrive in our vibrant office located in the heart of Berlin

You work with a high level of responsibility, are proactive, and highly motivated

Ideally, you already have experience in direct customer interactions, preferably in B2B or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sectors (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, Event Management, etc.)

Led by Blossom Capital and with participation from 468 Capital, Superchat raised $15.6 million in Series A funding. In total Superchat raised $18.8 million in just under a year.
