Social Media Manager - Scotland

Reform UK is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence across Scotland. You will own our social channels, shape online messaging, and turn engagement into political momentum for Britain’s biggest political party.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear, growth-focused social media strategy.
• Create daily content across X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Deliver rapid-response content reacting to Scottish political developments.
• Grow audiences, increase engagement, and support voter and supporter acquisition.
• Track performance analytics and optimise content for maximum reach and impact.

Requirements

• Experience managing political or campaign-focused social media accounts.
• Basic knowledge of editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar). Graphic design or motion skills are a plus, but not essential.
• Strong understanding of Scottish politics and media.
• Excellent copywriting and short-form video skills.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, politically charged environment.
• A strong commitment to the values and mission of Reform UK.

This is a hands-on role with direct impact on Reform UK’s Scotland’s growth and electoral success.
