Contract Type: Permanent, Full‑time

Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for robust financial controls and continuous process improvement? We’re looking for a Financial Control Specialist to play a key role in strengthening our financial governance, supporting control‑related reporting, and ensuring consistently high-quality accounting practices across our finance function.

This role is ideal for someone with Pinewood (DMS) experience and who is either fully qualified or working towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA)

Key Tasks

Perform Financial Control Pack reviews and support reporting.

Conduct balance sheet reviews and follow‑up on issues.

Complete manufacturer bonus reviews and reporting

Review and update policies, templates and control documentation.

Support segregation‑of‑duties reviews.

Provide training to finance teams on policies and control processes.

Support control‑related reporting, including balance sheet submissions and asset/stock control reporting.

Key Skills

Qualified Accountant or working towards qualification.

Strong Excel and Word skills

High attention to detail and process.

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently.

Knowledge of DMS and industry advantageous.
