The Payroll Team at Auctane is a collaborative and detail-oriented group dedicated to delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services. What will you be doing?
Time & Attendance
Manage time and attendance setup (schedules, pay rules, timecard approvals).
Support employees and managers with time entry, corrections and approvals.
Audit and reconcile timecards, resolve missing punches and overtime discrepancies.
Payroll Processing & Maintenance
Support bimonthly payroll process for all global employees using CloudPay (CP) and ADP Workforce Now.
Work closely with HRIS Data Specialist and HRBPs to ensure all changes to employee information ( including new hires, terminations, and pay changes) is captured in ADP Workforce Now and transmitted to the appropriate payroll processing system.
Collect information regarding garnishments and benefit-related deductions and ensure accurate entry to the payroll system.
Perform payroll reconciliations.
Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and deductions.
Reporting & Compliance
Stay current on federal, state, and local payroll laws.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory reports and payments (PhilHealth, etc.)
Support tax reconciliations and year-end processes, including BIR submissions.
Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports.
Maintain secure documentation for audit readiness and compliance.
Serve as the payroll point of contact for HR, Finance, and Accounting.
Recommend process improvements and participate in payroll-related projects.
Provide backup support to payroll and local HR teams, assisting with information requests for any special projects (i.e., CloudPay implementation)
What are we looking for?
3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience.
High level of professional discretion.
Strong working knowledge of time-keeping and HRIS systems (Replicon, ADP WFN)
Strong working knowledge of payroll processing software (ADP WFN, Celergo, CloudPay)
Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
High level of customer service and professional communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What will make you stand out?
Deep knowledge of CloudPay payroll processing.
Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (HRIS & reporting)
Experience independently managing full-cycle payroll with minimal supervision
Strong understanding of US, UK, EU and/or APAC payroll compliance
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll and system issues efficiently
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially when supporting employees and collaborating with cross-functional teams
General knowledge of Time-keeping software and HRIS
