We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Data Hall Fit-Out delivery for a large-scale data center project. The role will be responsible for managing the installation, integration, and commissioning of data hall infrastructure, while coordinating closely with teams responsible for base building, utilities, and site infrastructure.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in data center construction and MEP infrastructure projects, with the ability to manage multiple contractors, technical packages, and complex project schedules to ensure successful delivery of critical environments.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of data hall fit-out works, including white space infrastructure, containment systems, power distribution, and supporting mechanical and electrical systems.
Manage contractors responsible for rack infrastructure, busway systems, containment, cable management, Cooling system and related systems.
Coordinate closely with infrastructure teams to ensure readiness of power, cooling, and network connectivity prior to fit-out activities.
Ensure installation works meet design specifications, commissioning requirements, and operational standards.
Interface with teams responsible for base build, electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, and utility connections.

Monitor infrastructure readiness to prevent delays to fit-out activities.
Contractor & Package Management
Manage multiple subcontractors and vendors delivering different technical packages.
Review contractor schedules, method statements, and work plans.
Track contractor performance against schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
Resolve coordination issues between trades and technical disciplines.
Project Planning & Controls
Develop and manage project schedules for data hall fit-out delivery.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect critical milestones.
Monitor progress against project timelines and coordinate recovery plans where required.
Provide regular progress updates, reporting, and forecasts to senior management.
Commissioning & Handover
Support commissioning activities for electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure within the data hall environment.
Coordinate integrated system testing with commissioning teams.
Ensure all documentation, inspections, and testing records are completed prior to handover.
Support transition to operations teams during project completion.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
8-15 years of experiences in construction or engineering project management
Proven experience delivering data center projects or mission-critical facilities.
Direct experience managing data hall fit-out or white space installation.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure systems
Prior experience working on base build or infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
