Accountabilities

Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities through proactive engagement and relationship building
Advise prospects and clients on tailored solutions, clearly communicating product value and addressing business needs
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and use cases
Develop and execute outreach strategies, including email sequences and follow-ups, to maintain strong engagement
Negotiate proposals and close deals while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
Identify upselling opportunities within the existing customer base to maximize account value
Analyze sales performance and experiment with different approaches (A/B testing) to improve conversion rates

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting
Solid problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to manage pipelines and customer interactions
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize effectively
Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to collaborate within a team environment
Experience delivering online demos and working with diverse clients is a plus
