What You’ll Do

• ✔ Lead and support a team of field clinicians
• ✔ Coordinate and oversee patient care plans
• ✔ Coach and develop nurses and clinical staff
• ✔ Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
• ✔ Partner with leadership to support growth and outcomes

What You Bring

• ✔ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ✔ Home health or clinical nursing experience
• ✔ Experience with OASIS and EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)
• ✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills
• ✔ Interest in growing into a leadership role
