As the Product Manager: Revolving Credit Limit, you’ll design smarter credit journeys, drive data-led decisions, and launch revolving credit products that balance growth, risk, and real customer impact. You’ll work together with the Risk, Tech, and Product teams to come up with scalable, profitable lending solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive stakeholder decisions on B2C revolving credit limit (such as customer journey, pricing, segmentation targeting, and credit and risk score decisioning)

Track, monitor, and optimize key loan performance metrics

Leverage performance data and market/customer trend to identify new opportunities for product enhancements and innovations as part of bottom-up approach in defining loan roadmap. Ensure top-down loan roadmap aligns with such data

Manage the creation of business requirements, user stories, and test scenarios for revolving credit limit loan product

Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to 1) refine business requirements with business analysts, 2) coordinate the product development with the backend and mobile app dev team, and 3) agree on a release plan with the tech delivery team and the Product team

Conduct end-to-end Product UAT testing

Work closely with Risk Management team to improve loan portfolio quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and loan best practices.

Manage proper cascade of loan changes to support teams

Ensure smooth go-live and go-to-market comms/marketing plans are in place.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field.

7+ years in product management (in fintech and/or banking) building and launching revolving credit limit products, specifically cash revolving credit

Strong data-driven mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI or Datadog is a plus.

Familiar with product design tools like Figma and LucidChart. Familiar with change management systems such as Confluence and Jira.

Experience in any loans management system, core banking system, credit/risk scoring system – preferably cloud solution but can be on-prem

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in operational roles is a bonus.
