Responsibilities

Assist with daily trade support tasks, such as trade entry, reconciliation, and basic reporting, under the guidance of experienced team members
Help maintain accurate records of transactions and support the preparation of operational reports
Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, learning to use data and technology tools as appropriate
Support the integration and enhancement of internal systems, including helping to automate simple reporting tasks
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for small projects or process improvements
Collaborate with team members to help implement new tools or dashboards for performance tracking and risk assessment
Participate in ad hoc projects and provide general support to the operations and business teams as needed

Required Technical Qualification, Skills, and Experience

Undergraduate student majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
Demonstrated interest in financial markets, quantitative analysis, or hedge fund operations is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to operate independently as well as part of a team
