Title: UGC Portfolio Designer (Canva) – Creator Branding & Media Kits

Overview

20four7VA is seeking an experienced UGC Portfolio & Creator Media Kit Designer to design high-converting creator portfolios using Canva.

These portfolios help creators present their brand, showcase their work, and secure paid collaborations with brands through the Wovvo.ai platform and external partnerships.

This is a design-heavy execution role focused on transforming creator assets (UGC samples, niche positioning, metrics, testimonials, and case studies) into clean, modern, brand-ready portfolios that appeal to brand decision-makers.

The ideal candidate understands UGC positioning, creator branding, and conversion-focused design, and can quickly produce visually polished portfolios that help creators stand out in a competitive market.

Scope of Services

Contractors will provide services aligned with the following tasks

UGC Portfolio Design (Core Responsibility)

Design high-quality UGC creator portfolios in Canva using approved templates and structures.

Portfolios should clearly showcase

Creator overview and niche positioning

UGC examples (photo and video)

Campaign metrics and results (when available)

Case studies and brand collaborations

Contact details and booking call-to-action

Ensure portfolios are clean, modern, and optimized for brand decision-makers reviewing creator partnerships.

Creator Branding Assets

Design branding assets for creators to support their UGC presence, including

• Twitter (X) banner
• Profile image
• Additional branding elements aligned with the creator’s aesthetic

Canva File Management

• Build portfolios as shareable Canva Sites or Canva PDF portfolios
• Maintain organized Canva files for easy duplication and updates
• Follow naming conventions and folder structures in Google Drive

Case Study Integration

Create a dedicated Case Studies section in each portfolio.

If the creator does not yet have case studies, include a placeholder template for future additions.

Format case studies to clearly present

Brand

Objective

• Adapt designs to match creator branding and inspiration references
• Maintain strong typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy

Collaboration

• Communicate with the team via Slack
• Implement feedback efficiently

Required Skills

• Proven experience designing UGC creator portfolios, media kits, or influencer portfolios
• Advanced proficiency with Canva
• Strong understanding of UGC marketing and creator branding
• Excellent layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
• Ability to produce high-quality designs quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work efficiently using templates, SOPs, and design systems
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must submit examples of Canva portfolios, creator media kits, or similar design work demonstrating strong layout and branding skills.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
