Title: CPT-10756 Community Marketing Coordinator

Independent Contractor – Marketing VA / Junior to Senior (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a proactive and community-driven Virtual Assistant to manage engagement, growth, and member success inside a private membership community hosted on the Skool platform.

The Community Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for members by monitoring discussions, encouraging participation, organizing events, and ensuring members feel supported throughout their experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage ongoing engagement strategies within an online community.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks

Community Engagement & Member Support

Monitor the Skool community daily for new posts, comments, and member activity.

Welcome new members within 24 hours of joining the community.

Respond to member questions, feedback, and concerns in a timely and supportive manner.

Foster meaningful discussions and encourage member participation.

Content & Community Posting

Create and publish approximately 15 engagement posts per week, including

Discussion prompts

Member highlights or success stories

Community insights

Feedback questions

Maintain a positive and motivating tone across all community interactions.

Event Coordination

Host Zoom-based orientation sessions twice per month for new members.

Assist with managing weekly live calls or masterclasses, including

Scheduling sessions

Sending reminders to members

Supporting post-event follow-up.

Reporting & Activity Tracking

Submit weekly progress reports via Loom or Google video updates, summarizing

Community engagement activity

Member feedback

Challenges encountered

Suggested improvements.

Track tasks and workflow updates using Trello.

Retention & Community Growth

Monitor community engagement levels and identify members at risk of disengagement.

Encourage referrals and organic community growth strategies.

Support initiatives that increase member retention and participation.

Team Communication & Collaboration

Maintain daily communication with the team via Google Chat.

Provide updates on ongoing tasks and community developments.

Collaborate with team members to address member needs and improve the overall community experience.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements

2+ years experience in community management, social media management, customer support, or online engagement roles preferred.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Friendly, proactive, and highly responsive communication style.

Experience managing or moderating online communities or membership groups is highly preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team.

Passion for building positive online communities and supporting member success.

Work Schedule

Contracted Hours per Week: 15 - 20 Hours

Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)

Daily Working Time: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM CST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
