Title: CPT-10522 Marketing Virtual Assistant (Social Media & Graphic Design)

Independent Contractor – Marketing VA/Entry, Junior, Senior, Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A fast-growing e-commerce apparel brand is seeking a creative and execution-focused Marketing Virtual Assistant to support social media growth, visual branding, and online store optimization.

This role centers on Shopify store setup and management, short-form social media content, graphic and apparel design, and Instagram growth strategies that drive engagement, conversation, and visibility. The VA will work closely with the brand owner to execute a bold, high-impact content strategy designed for reach and conversion.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with edgy, attention-driven content, understands internet culture, and can balance creativity with professionalism. This is a hands-on role with room to grow quickly for the right performer

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks

Graphic & Apparel Design

Design bold logos, apparel graphics, and product mockups.

Create print-ready designs for sweatshirts, t-shirts, and merchandise.

Maintain consistent visual branding across products and social platforms.

Prepare assets compatible with print-on-demand workflows.

Social Media & Short-Form Content

Create and edit high-engagement Instagram Reels and short-form content.

Apply strong hooks, pacing, captions, and formatting optimized for reach.

Research trending topics, formats, and engagement-driven content styles.

Manage daily posting, captions, and audience engagement (comments and DMs).

Shopify & Website Support

Spearhead Shopify store build-out and ongoing updates.

Improve product presentation, layout, and visual consistency.

Support product uploads, collections, and basic site edits.

Creative Execution & Collaboration

Execute creative direction quickly with minimal supervision.

Proactively suggest content ideas, design concepts, and improvements.

Maintain organized content libraries and posting schedules.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Highly creative and comfortable working with bold, attention-driven content.

Strong understanding of Instagram growth and short-form content strategy.

Confident in graphic design.

Familiar with American internet culture, trends, and humor.

Able to execute professionally regardless of personal viewpoints.

Fast-moving, proactive, and results-oriented.

Qualifications

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Proven experience in social media management and Instagram growth.

Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar required).

Experience with Shopify (required) and e-commerce design workflows.

Familiarity with apparel or print-ready design assets is a plus.

Comfortable creating content intended to spark engagement and discussion.

Portfolio required (Shopify store, social media, or apparel work).

Work Schedule

Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours (Part-time; opportunity to scale based on performance)

Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday

Daily Working Time: within 1:00 PM-3:00 PM MST (flexible)

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
