Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-10787 Customer Service Administrator/Business Support VA/Entry-Advanced Level (Remote).
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to support our property compliance operations. This role involves coordinating health and safety inspections by communicating with tenants, landlords, and service providers while ensuring appointments are accurately scheduled and documented.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Make outbound calls to tenants to schedule health and safety inspections
Coordinate inspection appointments between landlords, tenants, and service providers
Handle tenant inquiries and concerns related to scheduled property inspections
Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and appointment confirmations
Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule as needed
Book jobs and inspections via phone and through our online booking system
Responsible for tenant communications related to health and safety compliance scheduling
Support increased workload during peak compliance periods (August–March)
Collaborate with an established team managing 30,000+ annual client relationships
Opportunity for growth as the company expands into additional trade services
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
Daily Working Time: 9AM-6PM UK time
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
