We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join and and drive the Growth & Marketing efforts at one of our Ecosystem companies.
As a Senior Marketing Manager you’ll build and execute the local marketing strategy for Germany, helping the company successfully enter and scale in a new market by combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

In this role, you’ll:
Own and execute the marketing strategy and brand presence in the German market
Build and scale a demand generation engine to drive qualified pipeline
Translate global positioning into locally relevant messaging for legal professionals
Drive demand generation and brand awareness across digital, content and event channels
Build and manage partnerships within the German legal and legal-tech ecosystem
Closely collaborate with Sales, Product and Founders to align marketing efforts with commercial goals
Your Profile:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, legal tech or high-growth startups
Strong hands-on experience in demand generation and performance marketing
A founder mentality - comfortable with ambiguity and ready to get things done yourself
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in German (native-level) and English (fluent)
Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and event tools (Luma, Brella)
Please note that this position is based in BERLIN/MUNICH.
